Manjira Pachadis & Pickles
Manjira have produced a range of authentic South Indian Pachadis and Pickles for over 10 years.
Made using ingredients typical to South India, Manjira Pachadis are authentic Indian chutneys, which unlike their European derivative, are made without sugar or vinegar. Consequently, this greatly increases their versatility, as can be seen on our recipe pages.
Drawing on the ingredients used in their native region you will find a prevelance of coconut,tamarind, chilli, garlic, ginger and turmeric combining to give some truly inspiring flavours.
Our Pachadis and Pickles are made:-
All of our range contains No Added Sugar and this makes these Pachadis ideal for those on a Low Sugar Diet, such as Diabetics. They are also suitable for those on a Vegetarian or Vegan diet.
NB Our Ginger Pachadi contains a small amount of Jaggery (pure cane sugar). The total content is only 8%

They are extremely versatile and are ‘Your Kitchens Secret Ingredient’ and can be:
